Mindful Movement & Mindfulness Meditation Classes
Every Tuesday 8pm - 9pm
Mindful Movement is a series of gentle movements, stretches and exercises. It helps us to connect with our body and become more supple.
Mindfulness Meditation helps us to connect with the present moment and learn how to calm the mind.
Each week, instruction will be given on different forms of Mindful Movement and Mindfulness Meditation.
Only €7.50 per session (pre-booking required).
